Time

Post by hazel »

I think I have my time set wrong. I just noticed that my earlier post was at 6 pm June 22nd when it is only 3 pm now and I posted that this morning. I think I don't understand greenwich mean time.
What time is it anyway?

Hi Kathy,

I don't know anything about the time- I never did bother doing anything with my settings.

I just wanted to say :welcome: it's good to see you!

Love,
Joanna

And that goes double for me! You kinda snuck in on us yesterday, didn't you?

It's wonderful to see you again. Here's a fanfare for your arrival :band:

Kathy,

Your time setting should be GMT - 4. Try that and see if I got it right

Hi all,
Thank you, Peggy, I set my time to GST - 4 and will check when my message says. It's about 2:00 pm EST.

We were on vacation for about 3 weeks so I wasn't on the computer. Now we are at my son's so I'm back on. I missed everyone, but had a good trip up the Atlantic coast from Jekyll Island in GA to DC. Got 4 lifers: wison's plover, sandwich tern, purple gallinule, and gray kingbird. Whee!

I'll do better at keeping up with the forum now, 'til our next trip! Did I mention that I'm RETIRED now?
