Mrs. Columbo,

Still in Alaska, having a moving sale this weekend, I fly out of here in a week. Alanna is staying and Alans coming in to spend a few weeks and they will drive out of here- doing the Alcan. Should be fun for them, she really misses him and me too since he left in Feb.

Very overwhelmed right now..thanks for asking. Hope all is well with youl

In a week you'll be in the lower 48? Wow! Is is Minnesota? Good luck with the sale and everything else you must have to do.

Hi Joanna,

I know you are swamped right now, but soon you will be packed and ready to go. Take it easy...I over did it yesterday and am very sore this morning. I decided to use the school's hand truck and truck and basically moved my whole classroom by myself...the maintenance guy only lifted a few boxes. I took a half pain pill because I could hardly walk this morning...you are probably in better shape than I am, but still...take care of yourself! Thinking of you...JJ
