Whole Food's Acquisition Of Wild Oats May Be Blocked By FTC

Post by tex »

Hi all,

This may not be a done deal, after all, since the claim made by the FTC, (that Whole Foods Markets, Inc, will likely raise prices across the board, and reduce quality and services, if the deal goes through), appears to be a valid concern.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Well thats not to nice to hear---
Although I am not a total buyer @ the Health Stores---Wild Oats is my favorite to browse thru---

We have a very small health store here---it does serve my likings but when I hit AZ/CO. Wild Oats is by far the best---

Matter of fact we located a Wild Oats in New Jersey---but never got there--

I hate when one chain buys out another cus things just dont stay the same--

Thanks for the report Galahad--
