I have been ill for a couple of months

Post by Umber »

And it's not my fault! Darn, things were going so well! MC isn't my big issue anymore its thryoid & hormones......grrrrr! I am on a compound medication for my thyroid (T-3 & T-4). The T-3 mixture my pharmacy got from the manufacturer wasn't diluted and was 10,000 times to strong. So needless to say I was overdosed. My T-3 was 10 times higher than it should be. It put me right back to square one. My adrenal system is shot again. My doc is sending me to a cardiologist to have my heart checked for damage. OMG! I can't believe this! There were eight other patients effected and two of them ended up in the ER. A couple of them are suing. I haven't decided yet. I am going to wait until after my heart check. I would just like my out of pocket expenses paid for which is well over 300.00 now.

Kylee is growing like a weed! She is such a joy! She told me the other day that she was a people, a girl people. Gramma is not a people though, I am just Gramma.

My old job contacted me and wants me to come back. I don't have all the specifics yet but it looks like about 10,000 more a year. I am torn because I really like my supervisor and the people I work with now. I don't know what I will do. I am not worrying about it until I have an offer on the table!

Other than that life is good. My husband and I celebrate our 17 year wedding anniversary this month. I think I have been married longer than all my Mom's marriages combined.....hehe! I don't dare tell her that, very sore subject.

Love and miss you all!

Lori,

Sorry to hear about the medical problems...damn!

I hope whatever you do in the job area it works out great, I'm sure it will.

I was recently locked out due to a labour dispute. Almost six weeks off work without my pay cheque! I ended up going to a temp agency the last week because I couldn't stand it anymore, and I needed some money! I'm back as of last week, though, and am very relieved.

Ron and I celebrate our 12th anniversary today. Happy Anniversary to you two, a wonderfule couple!!!

Love

Wow, that is really crumby. 10,000 times too strong! Lucky it didn't kill you. Who can you trust?

Hooray for the joy that Kylee brings you. She sounds like a terrific girl people.

Sure hoping the heart is fine..............

10,000 would be hard to turn down unless you were a lot more unhappy at your old job.
