The article in the link below was published in Canada, but the situation is certainly no better in the U. S. What's wrong with the medical profession? Why is the medical industry as a whole, so slow to develop improved screening techniques, for diet-related diseases?

Incredible!

And, if it takes 12 years for a celiac diagnosis, can you imagine how long it takes to get a diagnosis for the gluten sensitivity that usually goes along with MC (where the celiac blood test is negative but the reaction to gluten can be just as debilitating as in celiac disease)? Actually, I'll bet that many folks NEVER get an accurate diagnosis.
