Hi Mary, I had a beneign tumor removed from a breast years ago andI can sympthize with you on the compression bandages. Of course, I didn`t go through anything like you did but the bandage and swelling were not good. I pray that you will continue on a good road to recovery. Love, Carol

Hi Mary,

Glad you are up and out of there.

I remember what was on tv when I had some of my innards removed.
There was this olympic competition going on in which a great big Soviet guy was trying to break a bench pressing record. It didn't seem to matter that we were in the middle of the Cold War at that time, because one couldn't help but pull for the big guy to get his record. It was a bit hard on my sutures though, all that straining I was doing along with his bench press! Good thing for pain meds, eh?

Do take care of yourself, Mary. It's really easy to overdo when you first arrive back home. The activity level will be back to normal eventually, so what's the rush?
