Hey Guys thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a good birthday indeed... very relaxing and got to spend lots of time with the wife and the new dog.

My wife got me guitar hero for the xbox 360- I dont know if anyone has heard of it but it is a video game in which you have a toy guitar as a contoller with buttons on it that makes the sounds. It is really cool and addictive!

This year I got to eat cake and feel good afterwards! And I probably induldged too much but it was my birthday. I also snuck in some chocolate soy pudding.

I am so glad that I found this site as you all have been wonderful friends and guides to recovery. It is amazing one year ago I was suffering so- and now I have to say up to 75%...

Thanks again for the birthday wishes!
Dr Fine test shows positive for gluten and casien but negative for soy, eggs, and yeast
Maybe its UC maybe its MC? Who knows at this point, but at least I know my intollerances now... so heres to the road to healing!

Happy Birthday Terps!

Sounds like you had a great day. What could be better than relaxing at home and getting a new toy? Oh, and how is the doggie? Any recent photos?

Love from your Maryland buddy,

Polly
