It was delivered this afternoon, and it certainly brought back some fond memories.
My home town is almost a forgotten dot on the map these days, but back when I was in high school, we had an honest-to-goodness Chevrolet dealer, and each year, when the new car models became available, he would get a new Corvette demonstrator, and roar up and down the highway with it, while all the rest of us stood and watched, and drooled. I never dreamed I would ever own one.
This will definitely help my gas mileage.

You joke about your skills as an artist, but actually, you're very good. When I look at that sketch, there's no question at all about who it is. You have captured the essence of your smile, your happy eyes, your hair, right down to your earrings, and you did it without a bunch of unnecessary details.
That's pure art. It clearly portrays you, and yet it's so very elegant in it's simplicity. Art doesn't get any better than that. I probably will frame it. I've got to figure out what the perfect frame for it should look like, and start looking for one.
