Sore Tongue?

Post by kate_ce1995 »

Anyone get a sore tongue as a symptom of a reaction? I have been feeling less than stellar lately. Tired and fatigued. And I suspect it's because we've been busy and eating out a lot more than we should, and desipite trying to be good, I think I'm getting hidden gluten. But I'm also wondering if the tongue is from that or a symptom of something else. I've also been having anxiety attacks despite my meds, which could be gluten as well. I'm just sick of feeling less than wonderful. Geoff is getting cranky about it because I can't keep up energy wise with him and the kids, but then he says because we're together I don't have to go it alone. It's confusing. And he shouldn't have to put up with it.

My stomach has been hurting too and the belching problem is back full force as it was when I was put back on meds for anxiety. It had gotten better for a while.

Yes, I can remember occasionally having a sore tongue during reactions, but it was never a major problem. If I remember correctly, it was usually accompanied by TMJ symptoms.

Check this out, to see if there's a match here:

Yes, Katy

I use to have a sore tongue whenever I am feeling worse.

Try to cut down on what you think could have been the cause of it, eat bland or try eating only the products you are sure that will not cause a reaction...

That´s the way I try to cope with it, but sometimes I cannot avoid it lasting for a while.

Take care,
Love,
Tessa
