We're back home!

Post by Mars »

Hi everyone,

We are home from visiting our kids in Tennessee. We had a great time, doing almost nothing! On our way home we stopped at Mammoth Caves and did a quick self-guided tour of a section of the caves. Awesome!!!

We are off until Monday (Larry) and Tuesday (me) so we are going to do a few things around the house and generally take it easy.

It's raining here today - that is much needed where I live. We are well below our normal - whatever normal is! Sadie wanted to go out this morning but when I opened the door, she stood and looked at the rain, whinned a minute and turned around and layed down! Too funny. Spoiled dog.

Bryce is fine - growing like a weed. Trisha is finally getting over her cold and just feeling the pregnancy stuff. Her due date has been changed to the 17th of December. They will be home the end of the month so I need to organize and plan a baby shower for her. She doesn't have anything left since Bryce is almost 7.

I'm glad to be home - I'll catch up on some reading now. Hope all is well with everyone.

Love,
Mars

Welcome back Mars,

It's good that you've got some time to relax, and tinker around the house, before having to go back to the regular work routine.

It's been raining so long here, that I'm beginning to feel just like Sadie - when it's raining, I stand in the door and whine a while, except that I usually go on out, anyway. LOL.

Love,
Tex
