Chrons, UC and food intolerances- read this recent study on med nauseum. This woman is a motivated researcher and her blog is very cutting edge in regards to food intolerances and subsequent health issues.

I stayed up waaaaaaaaaay past my bedtime last night, reading all the information on that site, and I have to agree with you - it's really an excellent site. While I didn't see anything that we weren't already aware of, she has done a beautiful job of compiling a huge amount of cutting edge information in one place, and I've bookmarked the site, so that I can keep up with new developments, without having to constantly search the net for it. There are some good links there, too.
