So I went on the Silk Soy website and they said all their products are gluten free. So I bought a couple of the Silk Live Yogurt (with active live cultures). I had one Sunday night and it was pretty good! But this morning I am having a lot of gas and my stomach is a little upset (but that could be because I ate Outback two days in a row).
Anyone else try this soy yogurt? or have any other dairy free gluten free yogurt that you think is good?

Ok so I have had the yogurt a total of 4 times now and 2 of the times I have had some sort of D or looser BMs within 3 days twice.
I dont feel poorly after I eat the yogurt, maybe a little gas probably because I am getting more probiotics now (I dont use my probiotic supplement anymore).
I might be having trouble with the Gluten Free Pantry Brownies- I made teh Naimse (sp?) brownies 2 weeks ago and those didnt seem to cause too many problems but eating the Gluten free pantry ones seem to be a few days or a day before I feel poorly. Maybe I should lay off the brownies for a little while longer? But then again chocolate always gave me a little trouble when younger.
I really should start up my food journal again so I can keep track of these things.
Oma- you can have regular yogurt????????? How lucky you are because I absolutely love yoplait yogurt- now that stuff is good. I dont think the silk soy would be as good as the regular yogurt but since I have not had regular yogurt in a while I cant tell if it is close. But overall yes it is good. The strawberry banana is one of the best I think, peach is good but keylime pie is a bit weird tasting.
