Apparently, what most Americans say they would like to do, regarding their eating habits, doesn't carry much weight, when it comes time for them to grab something to eat, during the day. <sigh>

Hi Tex,

I firmly believe this to be true! At least in my case, convenience is what I miss the most on the Paleo diet. It takes a lot of extra planning to have healthy foods readily available. Even though I try not to eat any food out of a bag or box (processed), I occasionally grab some potato chips or something similar when I am starving and caught without anything healthy.
