OK--I give up--!!!! Kait and Deb

Post by barbaranoela »

Kait doesnt *heal* very well since all she's been thru--- AND

Lynn called this morning to tell us that Kait's ENTIRE incision has OPENED up and U can look right into her tummy and see muscles and whatever is there!!

They used melting stitches inside and that dissolving tape over the opening----and IT DIDNT HOLD!!!!

Lynn now has been packing the wound----

So-----I totally give up---I want JESUS to come here and tell me WHY!!!
which there is NO answer but damn if Paris Hilton and that dumb ass professional player could be filled with JESUS why not Xplain to me why Kait------YES, I know there are worse off than Kait--

And daughter Deb is going in for a uterine cancer scraping---

So Jesus come on over and soothe my crying heart

Hi Bubbles,

I'm sorry to hear about Kait and Deb. It's so hard for you to see them suffer, I know. And so frustrating with Kait's continual problems.

Love,
Alice

Barbara,

I wish I had the right words, to make you feel better, but the merry-go-round never seems to stop, and so no one can ever get off.

It's sad that Kait and Lynn have to go through that packing process two or three times a day, (or however often they do it), but sometimes that happens. The same thing happened to me, about a week or 10 days after my surgery, except that only part of it opened up, rather than the entire length of the incision. They used staples on mine, and if I remember correctly, it opened up a few days after they removed the staples. I had to pack it twice a day, for about six weeks or so, until it finally healed. It's not much fun, but it has to be done.

You, and Kait, and Deb, and the rest of your family, are always on my mind, and I keep hoping that some day, the merry-go-round will stop, and you can all get off, and get on with your lives.

Dear Barbara.

Please try to keep yourself calm for you, Kait, Lynn and Deb. Somehow these things always work out. In the meantime, you are working yourself into a frazzle that is not going to be good for YOU.

I keep you in my prayers always, dear lady. I hope everything resolves itself quickly. Love, Carol

Hi Sis,

Just wanted to let you know how sad I am to hear of the latest complication for Kait. As Tex said, the packing does work with time. However, it is yet another obstacle for Kait, who has had more obstacles in the past few years than anyone I can think of. ENOUGH ALREADY. Sigh.

Just keep on loving and accepting her in the wonderful the way that you do. I'm sure it must be a great source of comfort for her.

Love,

Polly

Hello Barb. It just never ends, does it? Don't know what to say to you that would help. It just is not fair. That poor girl has been through so much in her young life. A friend of ours had a similar problem after a hernia op. It took some time but he is OK now.

Kait has been so brave through all that she has had bear. Then you see that Paris person crying & feeling sorry for herself for being in a situation that is entirely her own fault & brought on by her own sefishness & stupidity. It really makes your blood boil.

Love
