Hi CAMary,

I just put an update in Dee's thread. Nothing further going on with the teeth until the chronic sinus infection resolves - and it appears to be stubborn. Or maybe I'm the one being stubborn, since I refuse to take the Clindamycin that the ENT doc is certain would clear up the infection. LOL! I think sinus surgery may in in the cards. Has anyone had it?

Thanks so much for asking.

Love,

Polly

Hi Polly,
FWIW, the Mayo Clinic did a study just recently on sinus infections and found that a very high percentage of chronic sinus infections were due to yeast. I don,t remember the exact percentage or what to do with a sinus yeast infection, but perhaps you will. Good luck.

Hi Polly!
My question is what does your ENT plan to correct if you have the sinus surgery??
Jack had sinus surgery years ago, for a deviated septum because of having constant sinus infections. Not intended to put a scare into you, but ever since the surgery his sinus problems have been worse..
Get this! His ENT's name was Dr. Pickit .....(nose doc)......

Dee,

Sorry to hear that the surgery was a flop, but what a name for a nose doc!

One would think that with a name like that, (kinda like Smuckers, and their motto), he would have to be good.

Polly,

I'm sorry to hear you're having both teeth and sinus problems. Your poor head must hurt

No words of wisdom - luckily I haven't had any experience with either. Keep us posted on your plans (hopefully not surgery) .

Love,
Alice
