Pam--------hiya Pammie-----hope U peek in---thanks so much for the call----it was great talking to U~~~~remember Pam ~~~~~another great gal---
And this is really something------Remember I told U that I had been in a chatroom(when first getting this machine) and met some super friends there~~~
Well I just got a Happy Birthday call from FERNANDO in ARGENTINA!!!
He had been here a few years back-----(think I told U all this also) and we toured him around NY---and he spent Easter Sunday @ Lynn's---and he was in awe that we would have him spend a few nights here @ our house--
He says to us*U dont really know me and U offer your home*
Say I back-----Nando--we been talking on the internet for years--of course I know U----and U do KNOW a person----deep inside your very heart~~~U know!!!!
-Doug thought me crazy---saying *how do U know that he wont hack U to death*
And now my other friend Ted from Virginia called me-----he is a retired teacher----and is the funniest guy U could ever meet----
One year he came to AZ. and stayed a month----Deb came also and we had a ball--
So last month Ted had a wedding in CO. & Deb had him stay @ her place with his going back and forth--
And another year Ted stayed here cus we were going to see Joan and her hubby---in Canada---met her on the chat too---she was so special but sadly she passed away from cancer--
We went to Canada 3 years in a row---cus Joan would NOT travel--
When Joan was getting to the end--I told Lou I had to be with Joan and we drove to Canada--and Joan comforted me---can U imagine- and 2 days after we left she passed to be with Stu.---
I will always treasure Joan's friendship----U dont find to many peoples as she was----and no doubt is that way in the heavenly pearly gates that were wide opened for her---
Boy my mouth is going a mile a minute--isnt it-but its such meaningful stuff---that I had to share

Barbara,
I have to agree with Mars, and I love to read your posts. You do such a great job of describing people, and the experiences that you've had with them, that your posts are like reading a mini-novel. You can describe a situation more eloquently with just a few words, than some writers can accomplish in an entire chapter.
I'm hoping that someday you'll put it all in a book.
Luve,
Galahad
