I pick up my brother's ashes today. I don't even know what to expect. I have never done this before. I am sure it will be emotional.
I am sending some of my brother's ashes to my Dad in Utah. My dad is a pilot & taught my brother to fly. He is going to spread his ashes over the mountains from an airplane my brother loved to fly. Me and my little family will spread some ashes here in the coastal mountains of OR. This was his most favorite place in the world. Then we will go to Arizona after Christmas and the remainder will be spread near Sedona close to a cabin where we spent a lot of time as a family. He will be in all the places he loved.
Hugs
Lori

I still have my mom's ashes (since 1999)--but within the next few days Lou and I are going to poke around Roberts grave and let her ashes meld into the ground with Robert---
I didnt want to let her go--people thought I was crazy--- she adored Robert and I know thats the place she would like to be---with her son--and my dear brother---
Peace fill your heart Lori~~~~
