Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."
Thanks, everyone! I celebrated my birthday on Friday with Bruce - went out to a nice restaurant where they take very good care of me in the gf department. (No Chang's this time, Maggie.) On the actual day, a good friend in Ca., who I don't hear from much, called. Very nice. A couple friends who have birthdays close by will
celebrate with me next week at lunch.
I don't post much anymore, but lurk a little and think of you often.
