Hi Mrs. Columbo,

Well, it's certainly possible that the adjustment might have had something to do with that "incident", since the nerves to the bladder are located in the lower back, and I assume that your chiropractor adjusted your lower back. The last five vertebrae, contain the nerve roots to the bladder. The spinal nerves exit between these vertebrae, and the spinal nerve to the bladder, exits between the third and the fourth vertebrae. The big question is, "was it a one time event, or will it continue?"

Barb,

I have done that, but just a little, not down my leg. :???: I was worried about that. Not sure what causes it. Muscles not as strong? Let us know how you are doing.

Oh no Barbara...hope this was a one time event...I have almost had a few accidents since my surgery...the stent irritates the bladder and sometimes the urgency happens very quickly...like...OMG fast.

Thinking of you kiddo...JJ

Hi Barb,

i wouldn't worry about it too much, it sort of goes with the territory, you know, childbirth, age etc. You could mention it to your doctor & if it happens again they may send you for tests to see how the muscles & nerves in the bladder are working.

Love

I know it isn't funny to you but it did give me a giggle (I'm sorry) I remember when me, my Mom and Aunt were laughing so hard I peed my pants. It was so embarassing at the time but now when ever I am reminded of it (the story got around to everyone) we laugh & laugh about it.

I hope you can laugh at this one day.

Getting old really does stink huh?

I love ya!
