Dizzy Me

Post by MaggieRedwings »

Afternoon All,

Well I went to my BP this a.m. and it seems I am a classic example of vertigo! Light in the eyes causes erratic movement and she asked me to stand and close my eyes and told me I would not fall but that she was going to let go. Needless to say, I immediately started tipping to the right side - the only way I seem to fall. Had a fall over the weekend so it was a good day to go. Antivert was prescribed and now I am taking way too many meds. I am going to an ear specialist next Tuesday just to rule out any ear problems but she said she was pretty confident in ruling it Vertigo.

No explanation for the swollen ankle other than the Entocort.

Also have bone density test scheduled for tomorrow and stool tests to mail in. Busy medical subject here.

Thanks for listening.

Love, Maggie

Hi Maggie,

Wow! You do have a busy medical test schedule. I hope they get it all figured out, and resolve everything, ASAP.

Love,

Jaco, a parrot in Salzburg, could not only speak but seemed to understand grammar. Whenever his person left, Jaco would say "God be with you." But when several people were departing, Jaco would change it to "God be with all of you."
