Ok we had a class today and thursday we go live with our new lines. We had a test of all things...felt like I was in school again, made a 100% I cannot wait! One more day of customer service and it's a done deal! :graduate: We will be working with peoples online accounts and also helping people to get registered. :pcguru: I am showing up early to get a seat close to the bathroom :toilet:
We are the test group....we were hand picked to start this off....and the rest of the people going to these same lines will be in classes. They picked 10 for each of the new lines. :dancingpenguins:
Anyway...I am just happy to get off the phone with the nuts. I know not all card holders are nuts, but I am ready for a change. Love Oma

They were setting up the computers today for us. I took my last customer service call at 4:05 pm today. :gavel: Tomorrow morning we will have the Client watching and listening...we are the test group. this is a pet project of the higher mucky mucks....we shall see! :pcguru: They are usually a royal pain in the horses southern end, but they do pay the bill and the checks. :weirdnana:
Today I realized how burnt out I am and others....I sort of lost my temper today and several othewr people are feeling the same way. But tomorrow will be better.
