Xplaining the ITCH

Post by barbaranoela »

well saw GP---got my flu shot and pin-new-monia shot also

now my friend told us that after age 65 one doesnt need the pneumonia but GP said YES~~~~ so whats one more shot?? just a sore arm~~~(booster pneumonia eevry 4-5 years---

NOW---why I am ITCHING---cus my thyroid meds has SULFUR in it
So now I know I have a slight allergy to SULFUR!!!

I luve when Doc. ask *allergic to anything*??? well one surely finds out ---dont we!!!

Happy :halloween:
luve Barbara

PS. just to add-----the water bed is getting ready to *DE-FLATE*
I just laid across it---and what a comfort----specially the nice heat warming the body from the heater that keeps the water perfectally @ the right temp.
Maybe we should have removed this body foam topper---before we decided to do what we are doing--

Well one never knows when a *leak* will spring or the heater will die--and thats a $$$$$ issue too--

So off to lend a helping hand---

Happy draining to you and Lou

Mike had a waterbed before I met him....he was on the phone making airline reservations when the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake hit (I was rockin' and rollin' on the upper deck @ the World Series  ).

He said he watched in horror :yikes: as the waterbed lifted out of the frame, came up about 3 feet, and slammed back down! He decided right then and there to get rid of it!! He thought for sure he was going to *flood* the apartment!

We were reminded of this last night when we had a good-sized jolt (5.6) - the strongest since that day 18 years ago... October seems to be *the* month for shakin'!!

Mary--my daughter Deb--was living in CA. when that *quake* hit----

When she Xplained it I swear I could feel it too-----she was @ work and when everything started she and a co-worker stood in a doorway----

By the time she got home---she had some damage----but scared the hell outta her---and we were coming home from someplace and heard it on the radio---our hearts were thumping and we called her as soon as we got home--

The new foamy mattress that we bought--isnt what I thought it to be--
We ordered it thru Costco and I am thinking it it is a big mistake

Well this isnt what I wanted---but~~~~~~~

luve Barb----and hope U R feeling good
