I'm off again...

Thursday morning I'm off to Palm Springs to stay with Carole (aka Carrie from New York) and her hubby David for a week, then we're spending two days in Santa Barbara. They've already been there for two weeks, so should be well tanned and have the whole place scoped out for good places to take me

It's cold, rainy, and generally miserable here right now. It's clear and 32 in Palm Springs! Woohoo.

Hopefully I get some good pics for you all.

That sounds like a lot of fun, (to say nothing of the joy of getting away from that unpleasant weather). For the benefit of those of us south of the border, and not used to thinking in metric terms, 32 C is roughly 90 F.

Hope you have a great time.

Love,
Tex

HEE HEE, I had to think about the temp for a minute. It's 32 here this morning and I'm not so happy about it. Frost on the grass and I'm doing field work this week, which means standing outside 8-10 hours a day playing in dirt, which although warm coming out of the ground results in wet hands.

Have fun.

Oops, I forgot about the temperatures...the easy way to figure it out is double and add 30...so if it's 15 here that means it's 60 in the US. The calculation is close within a few degrees.

I'm quite happy about the 32 Katy

HaHaHaHa. 90 F. is TOO HOT for me. Think I'd rather have the 32 F. I'm pretty hard to please. Wouldn't want it much colder than 32 F.

Katy, I agree that 32 F is not a great temp to be playing in the dirt.

Peg, have a GREAT time!!!
