Entocort - I am weaning too!

Morning All,

Took myself down to 3mg (1 capsule) per day and started that on Sunday. So far so good but by the time I see the gastro doc in early September I will still be on 1 capsule and not on zero as he would like. I am going to take this at my pace and not rush things.

Will keep you posted.

I hope things continue as well as they are going now, Maggie, and I would definitely wait until I felt comfortable about it before eliminating the Entocort.

Good Luck....I think we know how we react to things sometimes better than the doctors do, and I am not bashing doctors. It's just fact. Hope all works well Love Oma

Keep us posted. I'm still on 6 mg/day, will be reducing to 3 mg/day after Thanksgiving. I don't want to push it until after the turkey dinner. Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us.
