Eye doctor again......

Post by Mars »

I ended up at the eye doctors office again this morning. I now have a swollen face below my right eye and my eye feels like it is full of sand. I have a blocked oil gland which infection has settled into. I am on 3 different eye drops and an antibiotic which is giving my stomach fits - very, very nauseated.

Could be worse but I look like someone smacked me a good one in the face. Not good for my vanity going to work and then the grocery tomorrow after work. Hope the nausea goes away soon - it is awful!

Love,
Mars

Well that was some bad luck, to say the least- all the way around. If it's still bothering your stomach tomorrow, maybe your doc could give you a prescription for another antibiotic, that won't upset your stomach.

I hope you're feeling much better by tomorrow.

Mars,

Well it seems like ailments are running the board members right now. Do hope you feel much better and if you are still nauseous, get a different drug from the old doc. Don't worry what you look like, you are a beautiful person both inside and out.

Love, Maggie

You guys are great!

NOPE - no better - swelling is worse and the nausea is constant. Won't change my meds since I started these Eurethromycin (sp). I will never take them again!!!

Since it is a bacterial infection, I guess I better leave well enough alone and follow doctor's orders - maybe, maybe not! LOL I just hope it doesn't put a hamper on Thanksgiving plans since I am cooking for 18-20 people. I'll fall into bed exhausted Thursday night!

Love,
Mars

Wow, you will have to be a real trooper to fix dinner for that many people with one good eye! Sorry the erythromycin isn't agreeing with your tummy. You have one day to recover. Good luck!

Hi Mars,

I sure hope you feel better quickly and I would suggest that you solicit some help for those 18 to 20 people since you are feeling bad enough and the help would be great.

Take it easy and recover quickly.

Love, Maggie

Good Grief, Charlie Brown!!!!! I have my doubts that I'd be the one cooking dinner if I were that sick.

Sure hope things change SOON..............
