NO More WhataBurger

Post by annie oakley »

Friday I decided to eat Lunch with Mike Since I was off work with Doctor appts. He decided to go to Whatburger....It took me about 45 min to get to Ballinger and I needed to find a bathroom Fast. :yikes: Whewww that was close. I got two blocks and had to stop and go , correction....run into a convience store. It has been Months since I ate French fries from a fast food place.....I believe it was the fries. Hit me like a train :mallet: :mallet: I guess it's true, the longer you are away from the bad food, the harder it hits when you mess up. Never again....whataburger is now on the NO NO list.
Dr gave med Antibiotics and a note to have my employor move me to another floor closer to 1rst floor stating the fact that I cannot travel up and down the 6 flights of stairs if the levator goes out as it frequently does.....My MD is a nice doctor.

I'm glad you won that race.

Yep, that note from your doctor should help to make life a lot easier at work. That was nice of him.

Love,

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi OMA,

I'm not sure that Whatburgers have, a fryer dedicated just to fries, and also, since their fries are frozen, often times frozent fries are dusted with wheat flour to keep them from sticking together. I no longer eat their, but I used to eat their burgers often. Guess you know the company started in Corpus, so around there, you won't find a Wendy's very easily, so I'd probably starve without the baked potato and chili! Ha!

Anyway, it just seems to me that our local celiac group didn't find W'burgers to be to helpful to celiacs, so that means not gluten free.

Do you notice any difference eating fries at Wendy's?

Nice visiting with you again. It's been September since I even read a post on here, so this is nice.

Take care.
Yours, Luce

It's actually been a while since I ate at wendy's....I am now so leary of fast food. That was no fun and really don't want to repeat it. What's so bad is that if you want to try the fries at wendy's you can't try just one you have to eat enough to see if it will dissagree with you. I have no problem with Sonic beieve it or not. But I don't eat the tator tots. So who know. Love Oma
