UPDATE!!!LIFE is really Xciting -UGH!!!!

Post by barbaranoela »

Well Kristyn totaled her car---went from one side of the road cross the other---down the hillside--hit a tree---both air bags *opened*---thankfully a family was in back of her and the guy ran down and was able to help Kris out---THRU the BACK DOORS---and all she suffered was a little scratch on her cheek---

SOMEBODY was riding with her---thats for sure--!!!!! ++++++

She has a *lead* foot and I could almost feel the incident as she related it to us---and then she was    --\

So---no more CAR!!!!! --looking @ us sadly!!! tsk--tsk---Kris---time to hop a bus or whatever---she didnt think that was funny!!! I did

And Kait is very easily aggitated---and has said some frightening things--so I told Lynn---*dont disregard what she is saying* ---make sure her doctors are informed---

I see why other kids dont want to bother with her----I always did  but I was hoping that *one* --just *one* could see pass her inability to communicate in a sensible way--and become a friend to Kait---
Kait is just a little girl---this is her life~~~~

Morning Again Barbara,

Kristyn is a VERY LUCKY girl and you handled it well and also, there should be no open wallet on a car for her.

I feel terrible for Kait but you were 100% correct in that the doctors should know what she is saying and try to get to the bottom of it. Sometimes I fear that she will become so lonely she will sink. I think she is made of better stuff than that and with you for a grandmom, she always will have a hand to grab.

Love, Maggie

I agree with all that Maggie said. Thank God Kristyn wasn't hurt. I hope this will be a "wake up" call for her if the cause was driving too fast.

I do not believe in coincidences, Barbara. :bigbighug:
This must be a sign. Let´s hope that she has been aware of it.

Her Angel has been very busy... And I am glad that she is Ok.

Take care,

Hi Barb,

So glad that Kristyn was not hurt in the accident. You know you just finish worrying about your children (and that was hair raising enough) then the grandchildren start to give you cause to bite your fingernails down to the elbow. Rob has done some stupid things & wrote off the panel van that we gave him. It was not completely his fault as he hit a kangaroo on the way home one night but he has a lead foot as Kristyn has, or hopefully had & he is a boy & you know what they are like in cars. He has now bought a new car & a little bird told me that he has been doing wheelies in it. :???: Nicohle had a bit of a lead foot until she ran up the back of another car. That cost her $1.600.00 but I am not too sure that she is cured.

That's 2 of mine who are driving now & 5 more to go. Luke & Emily ride trail bikes & I am not too sure that their father makes sure that they wear appropriate protective clothing either. And they do all sorts of trick things on them too if what I overheard the other day is true. As far as I am concerned, their father wants horse whipping for not only allowing then to do this unprotected & without proper supervision but for encouraging it.

And they start younger all the time...........my 11 year old (12 in April) grandson just got a "mini motorcycle" for Christmas. So what if it has a "governor" on it that keeps it from going over 50 mph. I refuse to worry about it. I did my time worrying about my kids. Their turn now.
