Were do I post a journal?
Hi everyone!
I guess I need to go back to posting a food journal. Makes me accountable = to ME! Plus, you guys can help me that way.
Where would I do that? Will a journal room be created? Curious!!!
Hope everyone is having a WONDERFUL Holiday!

Re: Were do I post a journal?
I'm just posting it here in the Message Board for now. Once or if Wayne sets up a journal room I'll have him move it there.Mars wrote:Hi everyone!

Hiya Mike!
Was it you who gave me the tip on eating yams? I changed it a little - here is a delicious alternative.
Bake yam for one hour in the oven on 400 wrapped in foil
Mash
Add honey and pumpkin pie spice
YUMMY Tastes like pumplin pie!!!
