Bob's Red Mill now has GF Oats...

Post by mle_ii »

Ok, I know this is a controversial subject, but I thought I'd report what I saw anyway if someone was interested. :)

I see that Bob's Red Mill now has GF oats. Planted in an oats only crop and also tested for Gluten in the process. I was tempted to pick up a package and try it, but I thought I'd better treat the bacterial overgrowth first.

OOOH!

Thanks for the tip! I will see if I can find them - I'm willing to be a guinea pig  Actually, I've had them (gf oats) in cookies from the Bittersweet GF bakery in MN - no reaction at all, from me, but I'm not one of the "multiply-intolerant", either...
