Were do I post a journal?

Post by Mars »

Hi everyone!

I guess I need to go back to posting a food journal. Makes me accountable = to ME! Plus, you guys can help me that way.

Where would I do that? Will a journal room be created? Curious!!!

Hope everyone is having a WONDERFUL Holiday!

I'm just posting it here in the Message Board for now. Once or if Wayne sets up a journal room I'll have him move it there.

Hiya Mike!

Was it you who gave me the tip on eating yams? I changed it a little - here is a delicious alternative.

Bake yam for one hour in the oven on 400 wrapped in foil
Mash
Add honey and pumpkin pie spice

YUMMY
Tastes like pumplin pie!!!

Wow!
The search function works great! Of course there aren't that many things to search through yet, but it highlights the word you're looking for!

*I was looking for the temp and number of minutes to bake a yam

See Ya! Marsha
