FYI Additions to the Diet Page

Post by Jean »

Hi All,

I just added information to the diet page. My version of the elimination diet to find intolerances and lists of additives/products that contain gluten, corn, soy and diary. Please let me know if I've missed anything.

I was wondering if we should have a 'safe' food list? We could add things that we are able to eat. Any thoughts?

Love, Jean

Hi Jean,

Many thanks. That's a great addition to our resources, and no one, (probably no one in the entire world), knows more about diets for people who are multiply intolerant, than you.

Definitely, a safe food list would be a very welcome addition. We appreciate your input more than you can imagine.

Love,
Wayne

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Jean, you've done a very good job with the additions to the diet info room. I haven't had time to read all the entries but just read the post about GF diet and the list of gf foods and additives - it is an excellent tool. I especially like the commentary - your advice, your experience - thumbs up all the way around. Looks like Tessa needs it already.

Thank you very much, Jean

Love,
Karen

Super articles, Jean. These will be so invaluable to those who are unfortunate enough to discover they are multiply-intolerant. And it appears to be more than just a few as time goes on. Thanks.

Love,

Polly
