when they arrived from my "on-line family" yesterday! Although I've been recovering nicely, I hit a low spot yesterday, probably from trying to do too much too soon. I was feeling exhausted and achy when up pulled the delivery truck with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. Dark red lilies in a lovely glass vase. I immediately felt better! They are like breath of spring in the middle of winter. Thank you all so much for your caring and thoughtfulness. I love you all!

Polly---as I learned---after my back surgery--- trying to do the smallest chore wore me totally out---yup---U have to do just what your body allows one to do--
I can almost *smell* the aroma of your flowers--just from what U described--
I am now----as my surgeon said, starting to feel my *oats*
and I even attempted some of my YOGA----with *success*--which made me feel so *PROUD* that I was able to accomplish some of the movements--
Then I *pooped* out
Take care----
