Barb Re Peanut Butter

Hey I got to thinking after I talked to you today on the phone******* Next doctor visit you need to go with a banana in your pocket and a small container of peanut butter in the other pocket. Make sure there is peanut butter on your upper lip. While the doctor talks to you pull out the banana and peanut butter and dip the banana in the peanur butter and take a bite. Then before he can say a word anounnce" oh Gee Doc can this wait a couple minutes, ya see I need to go to the bathroom and go Number two. Back in a minute!!!!!" Then run to the potty laugh your a__ off and go back in a bout 5 min. Ha Ha HA Ha!!!!!!!! Love Oma

AnyHOO---In my house I dont do the CAVE MAN DIET---we do the CAVE MAN getting ATTENTION bit and that is---- if U heard CaveMan Louie--yelling (which I didnt hear him) *barbara pick up the phone-and cus I am downstairs and not hearing him--our communication is!!! STOMP--STOMP--on the floor to SIGNAL me that the phone is for me!!!

And this morning for breakfast I had OAT cereal---UGH--UGH--UGH--
threw in some cinnamon but U can have it!!!

I ,thank goodness have been fine with my eating habits---WHY-I let myself be talked into something else?? I DUNNO!!!
Thats me---easily talked into things and then I am a total nasty person all day--
