"Mock" Soy Sauce

"Mock" Soy Sauce

3 tablsp white vinegar
2 tsp dark molasses
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix together.
You can double, triple, to the amount that your recipe calls for.
I use this in my chicken/beef stir fry and other recipes that call for soy sauce....

Fantastic! I've searched high and low for a substitution for soy sauce. Thank you for posting this!
