She is being tested for *sleep-apnea*!!!!!
!. she falls off while driving
2. while sleeping she has a gurgleing which wakes her in a gasping for air?? and she might need that apparatus to sleep with---have to get hold of Liz cus she has sleep apnea---and I heard that if it be sleep apnea she will NOT be able to drive----
3. also ---diabetic issues----

I mean----enuf!!!!

Dang! I'm sure sorry to hear that. I hope it's not as bad as it sounds - she sure doesn't need anything like that to have to deal with on top of everything else.

I have a friend who has been falling asleep at work....he spent last night at a sleep clinic to check into the problem....not a fun problem....JJ

Larry has sleep apnea and wears a "C-PAP" at night while he sleeps. He also did the same thing - dozes off at any time just because he is setting down.

He had to go thru the tests at the hospital - sleeping when they told him to and monitored his breathing and vitals. He would quit breathing between snores and scare me to death!!!!

Anyways, he still drives, has his CDL license and is doing great as long as he wears the machine while he sleeps.

The machine will enable you to breath properly and not have your body gasp for air and be restless so you are good the next day. After he started using the machine, his body was rested and he had much more energy and felt so much better.

Don't worry - it will be ok.

My friend called me on his way home from the clinic. They will give him a C-PAP as well. Hope it helps him....he fell over in his kitchen while leaning on the counter watching TV....he fell over and broke his ankle...he has surgery on that next Wednesday....uffda!
