Diagnosed with MC on 1/8/2008 after 7 months of flare. 2nd colonoscopy and new diagnosis of UC on 3/11/2008.
The only bread that I make from scratch is French bread.
For sandwiches, I will only buy the Breads from Anna mixes.

IMO, her mixes are the best out there.
The bread has a great taste and an actual bread texture.
My local HF store carries her mixes.
Do you have a Whole Foods or HF store nearby????
