Now, A Probiotic For Kidney Stones

Post by tex »

Hi All,

If the current trend continues, maybe some day virtually all medical problems will have a probiotic treatment option.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

You'd be suprised, or maybe not LOL, about the things I think that an abnormal gut could cause. Given it's affect on hormones I'd even say that it could cause psychological/mental diseases.

The only problem I have with all this is that we're messing with something we know very little about. Though given that almost all probiotics given to folks don't stay as permanent residents in the gut, then prehaps this effect would be only for a limited amount of time.
