The FDA And Spinach - A Lethal Combination

Post by tex »

Hi All,

It seems a real shame that we continue to throw billions of dollars down a rat hole every year, paying the FDA to pretend to do it's job, while actually it does virtually nothing to benefit the consumers of this country. Remember the 2006 E. coli problem in California, when so many people got sick from contaminated spinach, and several died? This article sheds some light on how the FDA "allowed" that to happen, and indicates that it's still pretty much "business as usual" at the FDA these days. I doubt they'll ever change.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
