Monday, June 6th

BAD, BAD day - it is 8:12 pm and I haven't eaten today except for a handful of Lays chips.

Don't know what the deal is - not hungry, lethargic (probably from not eating!)

I will try to find something to snack on.

I'll do better tomorrow!

Tuesday, June 7th

Not a good day - not following my diet very well. The food intake is ok, the quantity is bad!

Breakfast
3 GF sausage patties

Lunch
BBQ leftovers - Pork Chop
potato's and onions drizzled w/olive oil and seasoning
carrot, califlower, broccoli drizzled w/olive oil and pepper

Dinner
Haven't eaten and not hungry. I will try to find some canned fruit to eat. I have some fruit cocktail in light syrup. Might make myself eat that.

I find I am having trouble eating 3+ meals a day. I am not hungry although I know I have to make myself.

I eat small portions, just on the go so much that in the evening, I don't want to eat.

NOTE: lunch was made from scratch on the weekend. The veggies don't agree with me too much. They are causing a bloating feeling.

I think I will take some ceral (rice GF from the health food store) to work and pick up some 2% milk. It isn't a problem to eat at work. I need some variation in my breakfast but am trying to add meat for the energy.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

I did end up eating a bowl of tropical fruit (canned) for dinner.

Sunday, June 12th

Been busy and forgetting write in my journal.

I will list the types of foods I have been eating, although they will be vague, you w get the idea.

Breakfast has consisted of a bowl of fuit cocktail or a banana or 3 sausage patties. These are separate meals, not combined. Still can't tolerate breakfast right away in the morning since it still makes me nausious. I have had this problem from as early as Jr. High (that's the earlies I can remember it). No problems with any.

Lunches have consisted (listed in the same "What I remember" category):
One Day: chicken wings (yes they were deep fried) unsure of the coating. No problems that I was aware of. Ate potato salad with them (incredients were potato, mustard, celery, mayo, salt, pepper and onion. No problems.

Ate the following 2 days for lunch: Mixed green salad, ranch dressing, roast beef, bacon and cheese on top. No problems

Snacks: Banana's, fruit cocktail, Lays chips, Godiva Chocolate bar filled with Raspberries (loose stool after this one),

Dinner: chicken soup, hamburger patty, hot dog plain, no bun (same with burger), cheesy potatos, shrimp, cottage cheese. These were eated at different dinners - not together ! YUK

No after dinner snacks that I can remember.

Monday, June 13th

Breakfast - peaches in juice

Lunch - large spring mix salad greens with cucumber, radishes, cheese, ham, salami, carrots, celery and Italian dressing.

Had explosive D about 4 hours later (2 times). Don't know if it was the dressing - I tend to think so, or the greens?????

Dinner - 4 bites of spaghetti - (sorry - slipped - it looked so good)

Still have cramping in the lower, right side and gassy feeling.

Knees have ached awful today - weather is damp and rainy.

Try harder tomorrow!

Tuesday, June 14th

Woke up with terrible eye problems (allergies - will call the doc today)

Breakfast - 2 Tbsp tuna fish (celery, mayo, salt, pepper, sweet relish)

Lunch - bowl of string beans, ham and taters

gassy all day - don't feel real good, aches in my knees (note: rained off and on all day - usual when this happens)

Dinner - still trying to decide if I want any - it's 8:30 and I slept after work for an hour and a 1/2. Don't feel any better and eyes are worse.

Doc put me on Z-Pak and Singulair
