Low Carb Chocaolate Pecan Torte

Low Carb Chocaolate Pecan Torte

this is from about.comlowcarb

oven 350.... grease a 8" or 9" pan or springform pan
2 cups pecans
1/3 cup cocoa
1 t baking powder ( I use Hains)
1/4 salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup DF butter melted or Spectrum Shortneing
1 t vanilla
1/4 cup erythritol (optional) (add more artificial sweetener if no erythritol)
1 cup splenda powdered
1/2 cup water

pulse pecans till they are like meal, add the other ingredients
add the wet ingredients and process until well blended

pour into pan bake about 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

8 servings....2 grams effective carbo, 4 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and 334 calories

we are getting 10 servings since we are cutting the pieces small since it is so rich....
