Hi Erin,

Do you have a certain schedule for your small meals?

hehehehe, i do actually! I am very anal ( I am a business analyst so good profession i guess!). I eat breakfast at 6:30am, then i have a snack at 10:00am, lunch at 11:30am, snack at 2:00pm and dinner at 6:00pm. Seems to work for me and i have noticed that if i do miss a snack or eat my bigger meals at 'off' times, my tummy does NOT like it one bit!
Another thing i always do is drink a lot of Peppermint Tea. It really helps keep my tummy calm  Celestial Seasons has a really good one.
Diagnosed with MC on 1/8/2008 after 7 months of flare. 2nd colonoscopy and new diagnosis of UC on 3/11/2008.

Thanks Erin! I think I am going to follow your lead. We normally eat dinner at 7:30 or 8 due to our schedules. I think this late dinner time is causing me problems. I have been drinking the peppermint tea as well. It does seem to help. So talk about anal, I am going to set a schedule and write it all down.
