It's true, but not just any chocolate will work. According to this article, it must contain plant sterols:

YUMMY! We got a sample from CocoaVia due to my husbands job and they are so good! the only problem is they are kind of on the expensive side. Maybe like you said they can figure a way to get that into everyday dark chocolates
