I'm still here, but still pretty sick. But better than yesterday, cramps are lessening and a few less trips to my favorite room in the whole house!! :roll:
Polly, which of the forms of VSL#3 do you get? I noticed each one, flavored and non-flavored have other ingredients that make me a little nervous...even the capsules....I remember you saying that you highly recommend it and the reserach I have done is nothing if not ecstatic about it's efficacy. Any help here?

Hi Sunny,

Although I researched VSL#3 I never tried it. The only one I can recall who used it was Mike (I think). I ordered online from custom probiotics because their products looked the safest to me. I am running off to a clinic just now, so don't have much time, but perhaps Mike or Tex can pull up the old posts that discussed VSL#3. Glad to hear you are somewhat better.....I hope each day finds you healthier.
