Hi,

Just want to thank everyone for your support. Your combined experience and knowledge really helped to relieve my anxiety. I suspect that Polly is right---the hard poops may have been scraping on my intestines. I seem to be on the mend though as long as I avoid any type of meat and stay with my 4 food diet. I'm able to eat a lot more so that's a good sign. It may be that the MC also go re-ignited, but I'm not able or willing to get a colonoscopy. May get a Genova Diagnostics Stool Analysis, which says a lot about the state of ones digestive system and is not invasive. I don't think I've progressed to Crohn's or UC, but no way to know for certain without taking a look inside. Since things are easing up, I'm not so worried about it.

My health problems are very complex, including the digestive ones, and I suspect they will not resolve until I take care of the mercury/heavy metals problem as I've already done everything I can diet-wise. So I'm hoping to start the Cutler protocol soon, the low and slow and safest method to mercury detox.

Mike, hope you are doing well on the protocol. I responded to your last post on my original thread, in case you haven't seen it.

Wish you all well, Sandra Lee
