Hi All,
What this image-entry stuff amounts to, is adding an image to your post, or to your signature file, by using HTML code. Therefore, if you try, be sure that you have HTML code turned on. (BBCode works also, and is very similar).
To use this feature, just click on the "Img" box, (this will place the beginning HTML code image symbol in your message), them enter the URL of the image stored on a remote server, and click on the words "Close Tags", (which will place the ending HTML image symbol in your message, to complete your HTML entry. I couldn't get the "Close Tags" to work properly for this long URL, so I had to enter the ending HTML symbol manually--you may have to do the same, but normally it works ok.
After you click on the "Img" box, if you look just above the message-composing window, you will see the format for the HTML entry printed out, (where it says "insert image:", etc. The HTML code is the part following the colon, (but not including the (alt+p).
For example, here is the code needed to pace this small image of a deer here, except that I left off the "/" that should be in front of the last "img" inside the brackets, so that you can see what the code actually looks like.
