Well it appears that now I have no need to *watch* what I eat---somewhere along the road my body became tolerant of dairy products??
SORBITOL doesnt even cause me running rapids????
The ships menu is like something written for the ELITE
--half the stuff I didnt even understand what the heck they were serving--
For instance--steak smothered in *fanook ala nook* DUH!!
U see I am a plain eater----dont care for anything smothered in something I cant even pronounce--so I just say steak plain--baked potatoe--brocolli etc---and the same with desserts--ICE CREAM cus its nice and cold going down---same with the cakes
All one has to do is notify the ship of your *intolerances* and they accommadate your needs.--
As I said in an earlier post---years back I hit the JackPot cus my waiter took a cooking course in dietary needs for people with COLITIS--I almost fell off the chair when he told me---and I didnt even have to pick and choose--he would set my menu-
-he would *point and say* U can have this--this and that--fold the menu and smile--
One night they had pea soup--which I luve--but they added cream to it(which I never heard of) and he had them make me plain pea soup---
Well I luved this guy and asked what other lines he traveled with---
I just avoid anything with a creamy sauce just cus I dont care for creamy stuff--
and YES---the food is Xcellant---

No we're not planning a trip???I was Just curious how you got along with the food. I would have loved that waiter, he sounded cool. We are too busy here for cruises. Maybe some day, but Our Idea of fun would be a 2 week trip with a traveling wagon train. We;re sort of dull here. Watching the onions and wheat grow and the birds and wild life is pretty much our excitement here.
