I think U all seen this BottomLine booklet~~~ anyhoo I used to get it by mail but now it is an freebee thru the internet-- here goes :arrow:

It worked and I have put it in my favorite list, actually I ended up reading the part about how to help with memory loss. Mine started prior to meds, but then I was most likely depressed. But I do take several of the meds they say can be one of the culprits. So that is not helping me. I do however do things to help me memorize things. Brain excercises you might say, and I do think that it does help.
