Nothing does a parade better than New York City--

Post by barbaranoela »

I was in awe watching the POPE'S arrival thru the city of NY---
The streets lined with people cheering and waving--(arriving since 6a.m.)
Watching him bless and kiss the forehead of this little baby---what a thrill for this family--

His Holiness surely outdid New Years Eve--

And when he arrived @ St.Pat's---and entered the Cathedral --the tears flowed down my cheeks----I was so moved by the entire coverage--I was wishing I were there to see this----

St.Pat's Catherdral is a *must see* when visiting the big city---it is simply magnificent--

I cant wait for tomorrow when he says Mass @ the stadium---

Lynn and the girls were here also---college talk---and we saw a video of SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY---what a place---*wow*---
I had no idea it was so highly rated---
Kristyn is taking 2 majors---Communication and Business---and later this day *her* thing called a DAD will be over there to discuss $$$$$$$--which I know he will be a total :banned: :banned: about it---if it be a NO-WAY thing---off to COURT with him!!!!

Once again I have to give Lynn a big * * for all that she has done and for all that she has been thru going to visiting these colleges and UNDERSTANDING all the financial *yadda-yadda* that I didnt have a clue as to what she was talking about :yikes:
Thank goodness for Mr. GRAMPS  and his BRAIN----

So this was my day----listening---nodding and sometimes whincing with an aching TOE ---see him again in 10 dayz!!!! *looks good BARB* he says--  --now it is Barb----he must have taken notice of my face when he walked in the room----ointment and gauze till then---

Happy weekend to all

Morning Barbara,

I missed all of the coverage but I am sure he was fantastic. Hope the toe is healing well and that everything goes fine with DADDY.

Love, Maggie
