Grilled Pepper Steak

Post by Dee »

Did a little tweaking to something that our local butcher shop makes that sounded like something that would be tasty, but they add flour as a binder.
1 pound ground beef, round or chuck
1/2 c chopped fine, onion
1/4 c chopped fine, green pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c GF/DF bread crumbs (if you can't have those use 1/4 c crushed potato chips or potato flakes)
2 eggs (or use egg replacer)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all together
Then make patties just like you would be making hamburgers.
Grill until juices run clear.
