Marinaded Chicken Breasts & Sesame Noodles

Post by Dee »

For 2 people
6 oz. of Tinky'ada brown rice spaghetti (boil 16 minutes, rinse in cold water about 30 seconds. Put it back in the dry pot and turn heat to medium and toss just until excess liquid is absorbed.
Sauce for sesame noodles:
1/4 c of the mock soy sauce
1/8 c of sesame oil
1/4 c or less sugar or splenda (whatever to your liking)
1/8 c sesame seeds (add at the end when tossing)
Mix sauce in a small sauce pan and heat..
I steamed a cup of broccoli florets and 1/2 chopped red pepper to add when tossing all together.
Put 2 chicken breasts in a ziploc bag & add:
1/8 c mock soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1/8 c brown sugar
pinch of ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
Put in the refridgerator for a couple hours.
Then on medium heat cook the chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked.
Toss your sesame noodles together. Put noodles on serving plates and place the sliced chicken breast on top...
